Saturday, March 14th, 2009

There has been a lot of information on the law of attraction (LOA) and how it works but before we get into the steps you can take to start manifesting and creating your desires, let’s take a look at how this whole process of attraction works in the Universe. powerful-visualization

Even though you do not need to understand how the LOA works to use it just like you don’t need to know how a light bulb works or a DVD player works in order to use these products, in this particular case I feel it is important to comprehend. This way there will be no doubt in your mind as to whether the LOA works and it will hopefully make you more aware of your thoughts, feeling and actions as you go about your daily life.

The basic principle of the LOA starts with one simple equation. That equation was formulated by Albert Einstein which is E=MC2. In other words, energy = matter and that the two are interchangeable. thinking-statueHow powerful is the magic of believing? Before 1954, no one had run a four-minute mile. Roger Bannister changed all that with his thinking, first and foremost. What’s strange is that his record was broken 46 days later, and within two years, nine sub-four-minute miles gained the same fame. It seems astounding that we could go through history without ever cracking the mile in four minutes and then all of a sudden 9 athletes succeed at it within two years of Bannister’s record-breaking time. How on earth could that be? (more…)

Mediation has enormous benefits.  Studies of meditation have proven to greatly reduce stress, improve health as well as control negative thoughts.meditation

In a report by “Psychology Today“  Neuroscientists have found that meditators shift their brain activity to different areas of the cortex-brain waves in the stress-prone right frontal cortex move to the calmer left frontal cortex. In other words, they were calmer and happier than before.

Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D., of the University of Massachusetts Medical School, recorded the brain waves of stressed-out employees of a high-tech firm in Madison, Wisconsin. The subjects were split randomly into two groups, 25 people were asked to learn meditation over eight weeks, and the remaining 16 were left alone as a control group. (more…)

Snowboarder [2]Failure in business and life is not spoken about very much. In fact, successes usually call for celebration, failures are frowned upon, and their discussion is normally avoided. Ironically, the truth is that none of us would succeed at an endeavor if we didn’t risk failure.

For without taking that risk, that chance, how would we achieve any success? We can truthfully say, then, that success is predicated on failure, i.e., that failure is a necessary condition for success to occur. Pure and simple. (more…)
