Learn 4 Tips on How to Avoid Thinking Like The Masses

Are you one of the ones who’s been listening to all the doom and gloom the media has been reporting on? Are you finding yourself getting sucked in to all the negativity about the economy and the severe recession we are in along with the masses?
Are you fearful of losing your job or business? If you allow these thoughts to consume you with the fear of this happening then you need to begin taking control of YOUR thoughts, attitudes and feelings. They’re yours and no one else’s. Only you have the ability to control them because if you don’t you will become unable to think and act with reason. Fear will cause your body and mind to shut down and eventually you are contributing to the growing recessionary problem.
The law of attraction has taken effect. Your worrisome thoughts lead to a fearful attitude. As your fearful attitude grows within you, you begin to radiate this negative energy outward to everything around you and begin attracting recessionary experiences. This negative energy begins to grow more and more as more people become caught up in this type of thinking nationwide.
What can you do to stop yourself from falling into this trap of going with the masses and not experience what others are experiencing?
Here are 4 tips to keep you from falling into this trap:
- Don’t listen to the media especially in the morning and before bed. Your mind is most impressionable during these two times of the day. The media is always reporting negative information and listening to it serves very little purpose.
- Focus on what you desire for yourself such as prosperity, continued employment, being in demand.
- Create quiet time for yourself. Use this time to meditate, visualize success, create an image or movie of what you desire and maintain that mental picture in your mind during your quiet time.
- Feed your mind positive things such as self talk, reading inspirational sayings and positive books and talking to positive successful people.
