gratitudeI watched the post Super Bowl 43 interviews of the Arizona Cardinals loss with great interest.  It was interesting to see how the players reacted to a very emotional loss.  I knew losing a big game like that was probably very heartbreaking and emotionally draining.  I wanted to see how they would react.  Would they be angry, upset, bitter, conciliatory or something else?

I’ve seen players and coaches interviewed in the past after games and I’ve witnessed some of them become angry and distraught.  I’ve seen them go into a tirade.  Studies have shown this attitude can be very unhealthy on the mind and body. (more…)
